Ordinance prohibiting the use of gasoline-powered or diesel powered motor vehicles on a portion of state Route 54 utilizing in said operation an engine brake retarder without exhaust mufflers or with defective, or modified exhaust mufflers permitting excessive noise to be created; creating exemptions; requiring signs; prescribing penalties; and containing repealer, severability and effective date provisions.
