An Ordinance of Rush Township, Schuylkill County, Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania, requiring cost reimbursement to the Rush Township Police Department and to any Volunteer Fire Company serving Rush Township for each false alarm causing response after the 2nd false alarm causing response in any consecutive 12-month period: providing means of appealing the classification of an alarm as a false alarm; providing for enforcement; providing for penalties; and containing repealer, severability and effective date provisions.
